ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

The responsibilities of this position include:  
  • Processing invoices and payments, balancing bank accounts, employee expense reimbursements, correspondence to vendors, general ledger, review owner statements, and oversee utility invoices.  The candidate will also be the backup to Accounts Receivable and the Accounting Supervisor. Additional duties may be assigned, as necessary.      

A successful candidate for this position will have experience in:
  • All aspects of accounting with a focus in Accounts Payable
  • High-level QuickBooks and Excel experience  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ accounts payable experience
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Prefer experience in Property Management and Appfolio.
